For our wedding, I created a photo book through Shutterfly. I had it displayed a table adjacent to the place cards, and surrounded by wedding photos of our parents, grandparents & great-grandparents (I even had a great-great-GREAT grandparents wedding photo!!). It was really fun to go through and read everything our friends and family wrote, and the book is neatly tucked away on our bookshelf to read through whenever we'd like.

I'd like to start a new segment on the blog, called {WOW!} moments. Each Wednesday, I'll feature my favorite WOW moment captured from a wedding.

{tips} bridesmaid dresses

When it came to our wedding, I wanted all of our bridesmaids to wear the same dresses. In fact, every wedding I have been in or to had each bridesmaid wear the same dress. Some brides even prefer that each bridesmaid have the same shoes, accessories and hairstyle! It can be a little TOO matchy-matchy for me, and it doesn't allow each bridesmaids personality to shine.

I'm LOVING the mismatched trend right now. The looks is incredibly seemless, even though there isn't much uniformity. What do you think?

Seth and Amy were married outdoors at FRont Porch Farms in Tennesee. Their guests were greeting with hot cider and blankets to help keep them warm throughout the outdoor ceremony, then enjoyed an evening under an outdoor pavilion equipped with heaters, soup, s'mores, hot chocolate and dancing.
